That's a fabulous looking Jack, Arista:) I hear that Jap are the next best option for carving, how did you find it in the end?:) At least you get to eat the scrapings from a Jap:D
Hi Coby, I thought it was going to be really hard to carve (I did zero research on the topic before I bought it) and was surprised that it was not that difficult. It was hard to get the flesh out, but there'll be enough for pumpkin soup tonight! And I'm going to roast the pumpkin seeds too.
